Transformational healing through nervous system regulation using light- touch chiropractic
DR NICOLE DC
NETWORKSPINAL CHIROPRACTIC
NetworkSpinal is a gentle chiropractic care that optimizes your body's ability to heal.
When the nervous system is regulated, integrated and healthy, your body goes into a natural healing state.
This natural healing state is the only way you will truly heal what has been going on
and this is what all modalities are really trying to achieve.
I offer a direct and somatic based gentle approach that has been studied and found to release bound up tensions and stress, activate new neural pathways, engage and amplify states of calm, centeredness and fuller breathing.
By drawing from psychology, somatics, mindfulness, and neuroscience, we’ll explore the underlying sources of your struggles. By working in direct connection with your body, nervous system, emotions, and inner world the incredible ability to heal comes on line and the question then becomes...
What will you do with the vibrant energy now flowing through you?

My passion is to help people find the peace, energy and joy that they are meant to have.

I have spent years studying the body, the mind and the heart. I went to a Buddhist University and studied meditation, yoga, body-mind centering and modern dance.
Then after undergoing years of all different types of trauma therapy due to a car accident and diagnosis of PTSD, I knew I wanted to help others find the healing I had found. It was through NetworkSpinal that I found the peace, integration, and ability for my body to finally heal. I knew this was my path.
My Chiropractic education and beyond has been concentrated in the areas of nervous system regulating, neuroplasticity, somatic healing, psychology and Internal Family Systems, emotional release work, trauma therapy, mindfulness and consciousness.
Through both lived experience and professional training, I specialize in supporting chronic illness by addressing its deep connections to nervous system regulation, stress, and unresolved trauma.
